Rod and Gun

Elliot Lake and Area Rod and Gun Club’s Open House which is to celebrate Canada’s National Hunting, Trapping and Fishing Heritage Day? It is to be held on Saturday, September 16th at our Clubhouse and Range from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Activities for all ages, and all are welcome.

Rens Center

Renaissance Center is hosting an open house from September 11th – 14th, 8am – 4 pm daily. Four days of free activities, come out to see what the center offers our community.

Carl Dixon in Concert

The City of Elliot Lake in conjunction with Elliot Lake Entertainment Series is pleased to present Carl Dixon in Concert and Conversation, September 16 at the Lester B. Pearson Civic Centre. Carl Dixon remains one of Canada's stellar singers and musicians (Coney Hatch, The Guess Who, and April Wine.) He tours and records extensively as a solo artist, band member and inspirational speaker. Carl was critically injured in a car accident in Australia in 2008. After years in recuperation Carl's story came full circle when he fulfilled his goal and returned to The Guess Who as lead singer for two special shows in 2016. This will be a special night to remember. Tickets are $22.60 and are now available at the Welcome Centre.

Elliot Lake Arts on the Trail

The fall’s most spectacular arts event will be held September 30 at the Lester B. Pearson Civic Centre, Collins Hall and Camp Thompson. The event showcases 23 professional artists from around the region and features live musicians, demonstrations, open studios, a youth exhibit and a special Canada 150 community arts project that will include the general public. Art Amongst Friends

Laurentian Lodge will host this yearly event which will take place on the last weekend of September.

Kids Fishing Derby

Elliot Lake Community Liaison Committee

Meet & Greet is at 6:00 PM, Tuesday September 19th, 2017 2nd Floor Meeting Room, White Mountain Building, 99 Spine Rd. There will be a social meet and greet with refreshments followed by a CLC meeting.
