Moose FM Radiothon

A big Shout out to Bobby Alexander for his never ending support of community initiatives, and his love for the people here in Elliot Lake. The Moose FM 94.1 radiothon for the local food bank was a tremendous success. It set a one day record of $12,090.83 in money donations and $300 worth of non-perishable food items. A BIG thank you to all the local volunteers, to all the musicians who donated their time, to the Search and Rescue Team who manned the barbeque and to the volunteers who stood outside our studio on Ontario Avenue stopping traffic and asking for donations. Once again THANK YOU to all who donated and made the Moose FM 94.1 radiothon for the local Food Bank such a tremendous success. It will go a long way in helping to feed the individuals and families in need, and building a stronger community.
