The doctrine of the Church includes:
God, the Eternal Father, Jesus Christ and the Holy Ghost are three distinct beings.
We are each responsible for our own actions.
Jesus Christ is our Saviour because of His atoning sacrifice in the Garden of Gethsemane.
Each of us is here on earth to learn to live by faith.
Personal repentance and the Atonement of Jesus Christ allow us to overcome sin.
Baptism by immersion is an essential saving ordinance.
The gift of the Holy Ghost, bestowed by the power of the priesthood, provides guidance to all worthy people.
The authority to act in the name of God has been restored.
The Bible and the Book of Mormon contain revelations from God and witness that Jesus is the Christ.
God continues to reveal His will and guidance to mankind through a living prophet.
The privilege of worshipping God is a right of all people.
We have an obligation to honour and sustain the laws of the country in which we live.
We subscribe to the admonition to be honest, true, chaste, benevolent, virtuous and in doing good to all men
